Data deletion instructions
FlippinBitz LLC publishes Bity Crunch and other products. Use this page to request deletion of data we directly control or to clear local app data from your device.
Bity Crunch data deletion
Bity Crunch does not currently create user accounts or store gameplay progress in a FlippinBitz-owned database. Most game data is stored locally on your device.
- Open your device settings.
- Go to Apps, then Bity Crunch, then Storage.
- Select Clear data, or uninstall Bity Crunch.
- To request deletion of support emails or other data you sent directly to us, email support with "Bity Crunch data deletion" in the subject.
Bity Crunch data covered
Clearing local app data removes local progress, level unlocks, stars, trophies, bits, store inventory, equipped skins, play tokens, settings, and age/privacy choices stored by the app on that device.
Advertising, analytics, consent, and purchase data may be processed by Google services such as Google Play, Google AdMob, Firebase, or Google's User Messaging Platform, and advertising-measurement events may be processed by Meta under their privacy controls.
PuzzleByte account deletion
- Log in to the PuzzleByte account you want to delete.
- Open the Account page.
- Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompt.
- If you cannot access the account, email support@puzzlebyte.io from the account email address.
Records we may retain
We may retain limited records where required or permitted for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax and accounting records, payment disputes, backups, or support history.
